HEALTHY TEETH HAPPY SMILES

At preschool, we encourage children to learn about the importance of keeping their teeth healthy and clean. Good dental habits started in early childhood can last a lifetime.

We talk about:

  • Brushing teeth twice a day with fluoride toothpaste.

  • Eating healthy foods such as fruit, vegetables, cheese, and yogurt.

  • Drinking plenty of water.

  • Limiting sugary snacks and drinks that can harm teeth.

  • Visiting the dentist regularly for check-ups.
