At preschool, we encourage children to learn about the importance of keeping their teeth healthy and clean. Good dental habits started in early childhood can last a lifetime.
We talk about:
Brushing teeth twice a day with fluoride toothpaste.
Eating healthy foods such as fruit, vegetables, cheese, and yogurt.
Drinking plenty of water.
Limiting sugary snacks and drinks that can harm teeth.
Visiting the dentist regularly for check-ups.
